Important acupuncture Point - Stress

Stress is that overwhelming feeling of too much to do and not enough time to do it;

The interpretation of stress in Chinese medicine is Qi (Energy) getting stagnant in the body.

One of the most important anti-stress acupuncture points is positioned just below the webbing between the big toe and the second toe. It is a good stress-level indicator (it will be quite tender on acupressure and needling) and stress remover.

You can work on your stress levels by gently massaging this point repeatedly until the sensitivity reduces.

In addition, introduce gentle exercise, drink some water in the morning with either added lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, do yoga or mediation and - try to reduce your stress triggers.
