That Time of the Year Again ..
Now that the nights have become quite chilly again with days still in their low 20s, it is important to become more diligent about proper clothing, until our bodies have gotten used again to those cooler temperatures.
So, it is back to ‘onion’ dressing .. layers, layers, layers.
Autumn is also the time of the year when all kinds of joint and general inflammatory issues like to flare up again, so protect your joints, rub in warm liniments into those joints that are prone to damage to keep the blood flowing.
And of course, keep warm, protect your neck from wind as, according to Chinese medicine, it is through the unprotected neck where the wind enters the body, causing Wind-Cold or Wind-Heat (in modern English: the common Cold/ flu .. 😉 ).
