HAY FEVER time in .. 3, 2, 1

Hay fever season is almost upon us again. Ideally you will already have started taking the preparative Chinese herbs that calm down your Lung Qi and your protective Qi.

Those work best if started about two months before the season begins.

If you have not, then you might want to consider herbs that are indicated for acute hay fever symptoms.

In the meantime, don’t wait for your nose and eyes to swell up/ itch etc, but start now with daily nasal flushing as you don’t want to give the pollen an opportunity to settle down on your nasal lining and trigger an immune reaction.

Evenings are best, so you flush out all you have breathed in during the day. ❤️
