Chinese medicine and Movement


There are a few sentences in my clinic that guarantee me unhappy faces. Some of them are:

.. you would benefit greatly from gentle exercise ...


Did you know that when you get older, you tend to move your neck less and less? While children turn their necks when reacting to a sound behind them, young adults will simply rotate their upper body and elderly people will turn around on their feet.

But pain doesn’t come only from overuse, but also from stagnation, the loss of flow of Qi (Energy) and Blood.

Gently move your neck sideways, or clutch your hands behind your back to open your chest; find those neglected joints and mobilize them again slowly. Small movements – big results!
