Pain is the warning sign of your body to let you know that something is wrong.
If you experience back pain, try to remember when and how it began and how it progressed. Is it affected by sitting for too long without moving or falling asleep in an awkward position?
Was there a sudden onset or did it slowly develop over weeks or months?
Is there tingling down one of the legs or sharp localized pain? Better with movement or worse with movement?
Pregnancy can be another cause for, usually time-limited, back pain.

If a nice and relaxing massage didn’t do the trick, depending on your presentation a mix of acupuncture, electroacupuncture and moxa may be the ideal courses of action.
