Slowly, our 30+ days are followed by 15 degree nights and before you know it, Council will do their biannual garden waste collection day in preparation for winter.
And this is also the time for us to prepare for winter. Autumn is the time of the Lungs and the Large Intestine in the Chinese five-element theory. You might see a small flare in Intestinal and Lung symptoms if you are prone to them.
As the days get colder, start re-introducing soups (leek, potatoes etc), rice, oats, and maybe add a LITTLE bit of spicy food to your diet. Eat a nourishing and healthy diet and get back into the habit of walking outside ❤️
